EVENT BENEFITS

PROMOTION/MARKETING:  Barley & Grapes at China Basin is being marketed internally to over 5,500 employees on campus at China Basin, along with in print media, radio and targeted social media ads.  Publicity and promotion will consist of PR, ad placements, posters, radio ads and e-blasts  distributed throughout the area prior to the event.

PROGRAM/INSERT:  With the help of a key media partner we will insert a beautiful event program into the partner’s newspaper, as a supplement, one week prior to the event.  Additional copies of the program will be distributed at the event. 

THE WEB: The official event website is www.ChinaBasinSF.com/barleyandgrapes It will be promoted in all materials related to the event.  The event will be listed on presenter’s websites and national websites that have a calendar listing section. 

RADIO: The event will be publicized on a number of local radio stations via promotional spots and 30 to 60 second spots.

PRINT:   We will be partnering with several local newspapers to help promote and advertise the event.

PARTICIPATING SPONSOR $3,500:

  • 1-10ft x 10ft space for on-site promotional use.

CONTRIBUTING SPONSOR $2,500:
