As a member of the U.S Green Building Council (”USGBC”), McCarthy Cook is committed to preserving the environment. We have considerable experience in supporting sustainability through conserving energy and managing buildings to mitigate the negative impact of operations on the environment.
MCC manages a wide variety of energy conservation and environmental initiatives across its portfolio. These include waste management / recycling, reducing energy consumption, ensuring optimal air quality, minimizing environmental impact of maintenance services, minimizing water consumption and encouraging the use of alternative transportation methods.
