Our staffed, subterranean garage offers daily and monthly unreserved car parking for tenants, and daily parking for visitors. Bike commuters can also store their ride securely in on-campus lock-ups.

Lyft to Go

Our tenants can use a free, on-demand shuttle service during commute hours for rides to BART and the Salesforce Transit Center through our partnership with Lyft. There are also numerous Ford GoBikes on campus available for local trips.

Ford GoBike is a regional public bicycle sharing system in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

Outdoor Opportunities

Real work/life balance needs fresh air. China Basin offers a fully landscaped, central courtyard with seating areas that runs between the length of both buildings. These community spaces are being upgraded in 2019.

Then on the waterfront, a multi-level promenade provides outdoor seating areas and spectacular views overlooking the Bay. Tenants are able to reserve this 70,000 square feet of wharfside for events.

Mail Service

We enjoy a private U.S. Postal Service mailroom in the Wharfside building, accessible by key and for pick up only. Outgoing mailboxes are located in front of the Berry Street building.
